Your systems don't lack power.
They lack connection.

Latchpoint helps small and mid-sized businesses close the gap between the software they bought and the work it was supposed to change.

The tool got bought. The work never changed.

You have the subscriptions. Someone ran a pilot. There was a training session, and a deck about adoption. And the team still keeps the old spreadsheet open on the second monitor, because nobody rebuilt the handoffs the tool was supposed to replace.

That gap is rarely a technology problem. It is the last few inches between a capable system and the way work actually moves through your business — the re-typing, the waiting on an approval, the status meeting that exists only to find out where something is.

How this works

  1. 01

    Audit

A short, focused look at how work actually moves through your business: where things wait, where they get re-entered by hand, where people quietly work around the system.

  2. 02

    Prioritize

You get two or three opportunities with the highest return, written plainly — what it would save, what it would take, and what it would cost. No roadmap theater.

  3. 03

    Implement

I build the ones you pick, at a fixed price agreed before the work starts. You know the number up front, and you work with the person who did the audit.

Not from a new platform. From deleting the copy-paste between two systems that were always meant to talk, and the handoffs that quietly sat overnight.

Who you're working with

Latchpoint is founder-led. You work with me, Caleb, from the first conversation through to the thing running in production. The person doing the audit is the person writing the code, which is the main reason the estimates hold.

The name comes from the latch: the point where two parts stop merely being near each other and start holding. That is the whole job. Most businesses I meet do not need more technology — they need the pieces they already paid for to catch.
